Elementary Teacher and Parent
I have been a third and fourth grade teacher and a resource teacher for all elementary grades for eleven years. I have worked with countless parents to help them understand their young child better as a person and a learner. I have also helped parents unlock the mystery of what it means for their child to learn. There are many different ways that young people acquire knowledge. The purpose of this site is to give you simple insights into how students learn in order for you to unlock the maze of what teachers do to teach at the elementary level. With this knowledge you can better support and empower your child to make progress during the home-learning of the covid-19 pandemic and beyond. Just as important, I also strive to empower you to have fun being an integral part of your child’s education and deepen the love and connection within your family.
